- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My eyes have always been slightly dry, but as I got older it got much worse. It was getting so bad that I would use artificial tears all day long. I would have to use them 3 or 4 times just while watching a movie. Doctor Spindel told me about the IPL treatment for dry eye and I decided to try it. It has worked so well!. The difference in my eyes is truly amazing. I now use artificial tears only once or twice a week and am so much more comfortable! Dr. Spindel has been extremely thorough and the office staff is extremely knowledgeable, caring and responsive.
